For years I worked as a personal trainer and movement coach, helping people get physically stronger. And then I hit a wall. My body was fit by every external measure, but I felt nothing. I was performing health, not experiencing it.
That crisis sent me deep into somatic studies, trauma-informed movement, and nervous system work. What I found changed everything. Not just for me, but for every client who was willing to slow down long enough to listen.
Today, based in beautiful Noosa, I weave together fitness coaching, somatic practice, and breathwork to help women come home to themselves. This is the work I wish I had found a decade earlier.
